1. The buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement by returning the goods and notifying about it in writing by e-mail [email protected] within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of delivery of the goods.
2. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged, and fully assembled. The goods must be returned in the package in which they were delivered. Changes in the appearance of the packaging, which were necessary to inspect the received goods, are not considered as fundamental changes in the appearance of the goods.
3. The buyer does not have the right to withdraw from the purchase and sale agreement if: the goods are damaged, used or the appearance of the goods has changed significantly.
